Badger Balm Organic Sore Muscle Rub Original Balm 56g

Badger balms of all types are wonderful and work well - sore muscle rub is a nice alternative to something stinkier like deep heat. This is a pleasant smell and warming with ginger and caynenne. All badger balms are great - worth the money for something that much nicer and it is always nice to have little tins of something. Great gifts. Amazing that badgers can make such things :-)

I have a chronic problem with an area between my middle lower back and my hip. Walking any distance aggravates it. I am sore and achy, in a very localised spot. I've been through physio, and I do specific exercises which are supposed to help ... but don't. I have no idea why this works, but it does. I suspect the cayenne in the rub stimulates blood flow, which in turn eases the pain. This particular rub isn't a cure-all. I have problems with arthritis in my hands, and the sore muscle rub doesn't help that. However, Badger has a cooling rub that does.

Smells lovely. Not that easy to apply as it is quite hard in the tin .the plus is it has eased my shoulder pain .very please I found this.

I bought this for my partner when he was having pain in his feet from diabetic nuropathy and I read that chili based creams could help. This does seem to really help with his feet. It is quite thick and so you don't need a lot of it and it gives a warm glowing feeling to the skin. It smells pleasant, is easy to apply and does not leave a mess.

It's good, but not as good as cheaper competitors available on the high street, such as Tiger Balm. Also, a bit greasey for my taste

I have used this for years and find it a wonderful help. Howeverplease do try to supply it in the larger 56g tins. The smaller ones are too fiddling to use.

I have to be honest and say I did not find this very good. Maybe if you only had mild muscle problems you would find a benefit but for me an arthritis sufferer it did not seem to help at all.

Fantastic stuff. Use it all the time on my bad knee which was damaged in a car accident.

Love this product! It helps so much with sore joints and I like the scent! The only thing that would make it better is if it came in a deodorant style roll-up container to make it easier to put on.

The smell is really nice - it doesn't smell like a medicine cabinet. It works well too. It seemed to work especially well when I added heat. I couldn't get a knot out of my shoulder a few different times so I put some of this on and then used the heating pad. It didn't take long, the knot loosened up, and the pain went away.

Just as stated, this natural ingredient rub came nicely package in a metal tin. The rub is solid at room temperature, but a little work with fingers warms it enough to be able to rub into muscles. The predominant smell of ginger is more pleasant than some of the drug store/locker room rubs. Not magic, but provides some level of comfort.

Great product. It does help me with inflammation and bloating.
