Love this unit, I bought 2 of them to stack on top of each other. They were a gift for my mum, she had shoes all over the place. She came home one day to a lovely organised rack of shoes & boots. We don’t use it for seating as it’s stacked, but the cushions were comfortable enough. Great value for money - hence I bought 2x. They were easy to put together as well. I’m not a diy fan but I managed to do it alone. Perfect fit for in our utility room. Looks great

Excellent product, great value for money with clear instructions. Easy to keep clean and holds a good number of shoes/boots. We purchased two as they are great for our porch, give us seating for putting shoes on and look stylish. One of our best buys in a while! Definitely recommend!

Good size and quality, holds a good amount of shoes, was quite easy to put together as parts were labelled,except for the back panel, we didn’t put all the screws in but it’s still sturdy it was not that easy to put on, it was pretty good value for money

This is a really nice shoe unit. It’s good quality and well-made, and comes with clear instructions and - I loved this bit - a couple of extra screws and dowels to make sure you have enough! Easy enough to put together on your own once you’ve worked out how to stop it falling over before the screws go in (!) - I managed it in around an hour all on my own while hubby was watching the footy in the pub so it can’t be too tricky! The one thing I disliked is that the back board has to be screwed in and has holes ready for this, but there aren’t any corresponding holes in the back of the main unit sections. So that’s hard work and I’d really recommend an electric screwdriver as I had a pretty uncomfortable blister on the palm of my hand for a couple of days. But that’s my only gripe. Have had lots of compliments on the unit, our hallway looks tidy and the dogs have finally stopped eating our shoes. Perfect :)

Looks good and exactly what I needed for shoe storage on the hall. Not all sections are required, so I bought 2 small Wickerfield handwoven Seagrass storage baskets for a perfect fit (available on Amazon) Although the sections fit together with screws rather than Alan keys- it all lined up beautifully and there was even a pack spare screws -thankfully not needed but a welcome addition

Upon opening the package, I was a little apprehensive regarding how thin the boards were. They are only 12mm thick, compared to 15-18mm that are used in a lot of flat packed furniture. This turned out to not be an issue, because when assembled the structure is very sturdy. The instructions were easy to follow, and all the boards are marked for easy identification. The top cushion is thin but comfortable enough as it's only used when putting on shoes, and the covering material feels like it's decent quality. This is held in place with velcro strips which enable removal of the cushion for cleaning. The shelves in the centre are fixed in position, but those in the end sections are adjustable. If required, you can remove them completely to enable storage of boots.

I was really looking forward to this shoe bench. It looks great in the pictures, and the design is exactly what I needed for my entryway. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Pros: • Attractive rustic finish that matches a variety of home styles. • Good size with decent storage compartments. • The concept is practical—bench and shoe rack in one. Cons: • Missing essential parts right out of the box, which made assembly impossible. • When I contacted customer support for a replacement part, I was told it was out of stock—no ETA, no workaround, no solution. • Poor quality control. For the price, I expected better reliability and service. It’s disappointing when a product that looks promising ends up being unusable because of missing components. And the lack of support just adds to the frustration. If you’re considering this, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—don’t risk getting stuck with a half-assembled bench and no way to fix it.
