Cute but didn’t last long

These earphones are working great normally but doesn’t support video calls on iphone.

It's hard to find good quality earphones without a rubber-tipped extruding member that penetrates and plugs up one's ear canal. I've been pretty satisfied with Urbanista's earphones in the past, having tried both the Berlin and San Francisco models before. But these things, well. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day has been ruined. I thought it would be novel to try headphone-over-USB but the sound quality is so, so much worse than with a proper headphone jack. Not only that, but there's some sort of "sound level management" that makes every song I listen to fade in (regardless of which app it's playing from) and causes the sound to cut out for a moment if the audio dips "too low" - e.g. if I'm watching a video of somebody talking and they take a short break between sentences, then all the sound will be gone and it won't come back until about half a second into the next sentence. The plastic used also feels lighter and cheaper, so there's a decent chance these are just knockoffs. Altogether, it's been a dreadful experience. If your phone doesn't have a headphone jack you're better off throwing it in the trash than buying these things.

Le cuffie Urbanista non deludono mai. Ne avevo già un paio con il classico jack, dunque sono andata a colpo sicuro per queste qui di tipo c. Il suono è gradevole, forse leggermente ovattato. Il microfono in chiamata non isola molto dai vari rumori circostanti. Non sono certamente le migliori, ma c'è sicuramente di peggio.

Bad Buy - Never worked out of the box. Should have kept my money
