It appears not compatible with JIO set top box. Though the remote buttons lookwise are exactly same as my original remote and LEDs also glowing, but remote does not work. Got one unit replaced also still same issue.Looks like fake product

The product which is replaced is also not working. Amazon should delist such suppliers who are just wasting time of customer and bring disrepute to the platform. This is in the interest of customers and the Amazon. I don't need replacement. If it's refundable it's welcome. Otherwise my gift to the seller.

Got this remote to work with jio fiber set top box. step 1) Get the remote to get into pairing mode by pressing mute + ok. Step 2) Get close to STB and press ok + back button. Pairing was successful in my case and old remote stopped working.

Its not compatible with jio settop box.. its not working.. the worst part is its not eligible fir return.. you only can replace.. when the remote is not compatible what is the use of replacement..

Dublicate jio set top box remote!Please don't buy this product for Jio set top box. Only the design match the remote.
