We had purchased a cheaper version that showed up with the base missing. No reply to our email from the seller so back it went and back to the drawing board for us. After wading through dozens of choices and reading many reviews, we decided on this towel holder. It showed up nicely packaged in a fitted box with all of the parts (Yea!) wrapped in bubble wrap. Assembly was simple. It looks terrific, the base is well weighted making it stable. The height is perfect at 16" allowing your kitchen towel to hang nicely and dry quickly. Hopefully it is made from a decent grade of stainless steel that won't rust away in a few years.

Definitely one of those products that looks more expensive than what it really is! Seems fancy yet was extremely simple to put together and is very sturdy and stable. Highly recommend, especially at this price point!!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm in the middle of redecorating my bathroom and opted to get rid of the towel bar on the wall for a towel rack instead. I have plenty of counter space, so I figured something like this would be perfect to fill that gap. My hunch was correct. I unfortunately have to take a star off because mine came with a small dent in the top cross rod. There's always a towel over it anyway, so you don't see it until you take it off. It does however trigger my OCD each time I see it. But I quickly get over it once the towel's back in place covering it up :)

Exactly what I was looking for! This stand was perfect for my bathroom and looks super sleek and luxurious! I really liked how solid the base feels and even when I pile up numerous towels on it (when I get too lazy to switch them out lol!) Overall I am very happy with my purchase! 11/10!

Very nice item and solid. Will not tip over easily. And looks more more expensive than it was . But the two arms that hold towels was just a little too long for my space. I had to return it.

It’s not a bad height and does not get wobbly like many of the stands that have two pieces for the vertical bar. Short enough to fit under typical upper cabinets. Unfortunately, the nut at the bottom has become rusty. The foam doesn’t provide enough of a barrier. This happened in less than 8 months, but is beyond the return window. Used as a kitchen towel stand.

I love my hand towel stand!!! Before I was leaving my hand towels just on the sink counter, but now I have a way to store my towels in both an aesthetic and convenient way!!! I fully recommend this product to anyone who faced the same problem I did or towels being everywhere in your kitchen or bathrooms! Not only though is it convenient, but the material used makes it stand out and really tie in together with your counters!! My house is themed more towards the farm house style and with this the black option really fit perfectly with the rest of my decor!!
