Zenesis Labs 15 Day Detox Cleanse - Natural, Gentle & Effective

Worked like a charm and cleansed me out! I followed the suggested use instructions and took 2 pills before bed with a full glass of water. The first few days I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. But then day 4 came- I went from using the restroom once a day to four times a day, which is what I was hoping for. It remained like this until about day 10 and the amount of times I was running to the restroom was around 6 times a day. If you are looking for a product to clean you out and jump start your digestive system- THIS IS IT! Now that I have finished my cleanse I feel less bloated and much more energetic. Hope this review helps those researching and looking for the right cleanse to use :)

From the last couple years I've problem with stomach bloating. I can no longer eat rice as I used to. Even worse, my stomach felt always heavy no matter I eat rice or not. Then I recently was introduced by my friend this Detox Cleanse by Zenesis Labs and decided to try first time just out of my desperation. Day 1: I took 2 pills before bed (9:30 pm) with a full glass of water. The next day, I ran to the bathroom several times with a little cramping. Day 2 – I reduced the dosage to 1 pill only. That still made me going to the bathroom couple times a day but without any cramp. That was so good to feel light in the stomach! Day 15 – For the whole 2 weeks I took 1 pill every evening. I enjoyed the feeling of not having the bloating so much ! Day 16, 17 – I was done with 15 day cleanse and stopped taking the pills. And so glad that my stomach feels okay, not comes back to that "balloon" again. In brief, I am so happy and would recommend this 15 Day Detox Cleanse Natural Gentle & Effective by Zenesis Labs for stomach bloating. ***Btw, I still stay away from rice and not miss it at all :))

Wow! This cleanse really works. Had to cut back to just one pill a night though. Two might be okay for a guy, but as an average women one pill a night was did the job. Feeling more energetic and lost a few pounds too. 15 Day Cleanse is now part of my healthy lifestyle regimen.

Did not work at all for me. The first night I took 2 of them and I had horrible pains and a bad stomach ache the next day. Then I tried 1 That night and the next day I didnt get flushed at all and felt very bloated. I tried 2 that night and the next day had cramping again. So I kept taking 1 the next few days, figured I would see if it just needed time. I would get flushed out in the morning and now on day 7 I'm having a lot of pains and bloating. I'm just going to stop taking them.

I think this would work much better if I didn't have to take regular meds.
