I recently purchased the WishCare Lip Balm and I’m very happy with it. It really helped with my dry lips, keeping them soft and moisturized. It does make your lips softer,plumer, and hydrate but if you are buying this because of pigmentation or two toned issues then it's a no it didn't work on me maybe it will work on you for your pigmentation

It reduces pigmentation, lightens the lips and provides sun protection. Also it's non-sticky and make your lips look hydrated but have to reapplied after 3-4 hours
