I prefer the Sleep ASAP strips, but can't obtain them at this time. Strip is very thick, taste isn't great.

i have been using it. I even tried 2 instead of one. It's not really working for me. My old melatonin pills, which were only 5mg, and not other ingredients worked way better. It makes me wonder if this is even real or just false advertising.
