Fabulous little gummies that taste great and easy to chew. My hair was starting to fall out in clumps after sudden weight loss and I was getting worried I’d end up bald, so I was willing to try anything to help reduce further hair loss. Within a couple of weeks of using these I noticed less hair was falling out then after a few months I can actually see new wisps of new hair growth that stick up. There’s no side affect, only stronger hair! Great value, I would definitely recommend
