ACE Personal Trainer Manual Study Companion Fifth Edition Spiral-bound – January 1, 2014

The book provides an outline of the materials in each chapter of the ACE p/t manual. You could make your own outline that would probably help one more. The quiz questions are helpful and they provide the answers with reference to the pages in the manual. I don’t think the study guide is worth the money. There are other ways to free resources for review.

Seems overpriced as a 120 page manual containing, basically, chapter review questions. This may be exactly what is needed to successfully take the ACE personal trainer exam, however, it is not enough pound-for-pound for the price. Should just be included with the text.

This book was the best part of studying for the exam. Great format.

This has helped me so much for the ACE exam. There are tests at the end of each section which confirm apprehension of the study material.

Good pickup for cheap, mine had all answers circled which wasn’t in the description so that sucks but oh well

For starters, somebody had already gone through and circled all the answers - Which defeats the entire freaking purpose.However, that doesn't matter much when you could answers most of the questions correctly without ever having studied. Super simple, straightforward questions. Cheap book, cheap material, cheap everything.

Written all over even the wrong answers and it was in pen 😒 had to get white out to disregard the wrong answer
