It's a good and reliable product

I bought this for my family, I received the product. My first impression was the product is white and very light weight. I carefully unboxed the item and plugged it. I was a bit surprised when I plugged it in. Because there are two heat rods that are meant to get hot and radiate heat, but only 1 was working. I tried all the possible combinations of the two switches that were on the item(as you can see in the video). I was a bit sad and issued a replacement. I got the money back within 4 hours of the item return(courtesy of AMAZON). The product is very good, with missing 1 of the 2 heat rods it was radiating goot ammount of heat. 2 heat rods would be a very perfect for me. This type of incident OFFTEN happens with product, they are not intentional. As you can see I got my return fairly quickly. So if you ask me to buy a fully working version of this, I will definately say YES. and if you are searching for alternatives I will recommend "USHA Quartz Room Heater" Thank you, it was my review, hope it was worth the while for you. One of the rods stopped functioning 1 day after the return window date expired. It comes with a 2-year warranty and it barely worked for 11 days! Did not expect a firm like Bajaj to provide a sub-standard product. I am contacting Bajaj customer service and will update on the feedback and response obtained. My advice is that this product should not be purchased as it extremely poor performance.

Have been using this product from 2017, it's been working great. If somebody is looking for a durable one, must go for this brand

Slim, Lightweight yet strong Bajaj heater gives excellent warmness, feels like standing in front of a bonfire. Heats up quickly and works perfectly in extreme winter conditions. Comes with a 2-year warranty card also value-for-money choice at this price.

It does not have a heating coil radiant. It is just a bulb like, halogen filament heater. It good till 3-4 feet distance. You can point at yourself and sit, it works fine.. but fails to heat the room. Even a small room with closed doors takes very long time to get warm. Yes it is light weight, easy to use and a good heater in this price.. but depends on your use and purpose. If you have a medium size room, don't go for it. It wont heat up. If you have small room or want it in hostel or pointing at you at home, go for it. Personally, I think when purchasing a room heater we should go for a coil one i.e. radiant heater.

Only Diasspointment is brigthness of tube is too much but overall heat level is awesome and size is enough to increase the tempertaure of 1 bhk room in 20-25 minutes
