You wouldn't think that there was much scope for design in a pad of A4 paper, but you'd be suprised.A lot of thought has gone into this product. There are three lines at the top for headings, page and subject references. Then there are left and right-hand margins which are excellent for cross referencing or flagging actions for minutes. Finally, there are marks at the top and bottom of each page, which allow you to draw a vertical line easily and accurately. Add to this a spiral binding and stiff card covers and you have an ideal notebook for school, university or business use.

As you probably know if you're looking to buy this product, it is so incredibly difficult to find a notebook with narrow ruled pages. I am really particular about the sort of paper I can work on as the size of the lines determines how neat and organised my work turns out, so to find the right notebook for me is very important for my studies. This one ticks all the boxes. Hardback and wire-bound, good quality paper with narrow ruling, tear-away perforated pages, margins and a handy space for writing titles and other info at the top.Have stocked up for the rest of the year and very happy to replenish supplies when needed as I know I will receive an extremely useful and quality product that is delivered in good time - for me, well worth the price.

Quality and sturdiness

Despite the somewhat garish covers - these are excellent notebooks.The cover is 'Stiff but flexible" and is a bit higher/wider than the pages. Makes it easy to pack into the 'Tumi' style laptop/brefcases we all seem to have to carry.The book is strongly bound - so no irritating wire bindings.Paper is very good quality but not too thick - so the books last for ages, Changing books is a major trauma for me as all sorts of notes have to be transferred.Low tech I know - but essential for a businessman on the move. Much better than my 2nd choice, the ubiquitous 'Black n red'. These are hard to find - online wins again.

I buy these regularly for work. Great value for money, sturdy and thick so plenty of room for notes. Does what it says on the tin! Will buy again

Lovely quality paper, fountain pen friendly has little stickers to cover a section when someone moves so you can amend the section. Genius idea.

Last time I bought this was May 2022 and it cost just over £8. Now it has gone up to £13! While this is the notebook I love, this is way overpriced. I go through several rather rapidly so am definitely going to find another solution. Wow.....
