Yo lo estoy preparando en una cafetera espresso de 20 bares. Es uno de los mejores cafés que he probado. El sabor es rico, persistente, con un toque de naranja y algo de chocolate. La bebida es cremosa, con una espuma muy estable que dura hasta el final. Me ha gustado tanto que ahora tengo que comprar la versión de medio kilo.
