Good
Good product bu it should have had instructions as to how to separate the button from the frame for panel assembly. To the untrained getting the two parts separated might prove a problem.

These switches cannot be used on their own to control a motor
Be aware that the information on these switches is somewhat misleading, they cannot be used to control any form of electrical motor on their own. You must use them to control a latching relay or a normal relay that you have wired up to 'latch' in an 'on' state when you press the START switch.
