The flavor is not bad, but I’m not sure if this reaction is normal for pre-workouts. After taking it, I felt an intense itching sensation in my hands and feet, which was very uncomfortable and strange. Because of that, I stopped using it. It might work for others, but it wasn’t a good fit for me.
