AWESOME! And so much cheaper than name brand
I am about to order my 3rd pack of these. I use them for a variety of purposes - keeping special photos safe and as a semi-waterproof covering for handmade notebook covers, stickers, and bookmarks. I often work with a different brand's 4mm thickness sheets, and those are great, for what I use them for. Though I didn't see it in the description, if I had to compare, I would say these are closer to a 2mm thickness, which is PERFECT when used on actual photos, card stock, and to cover my stickers. Especially with the stickers as the 4mm thick ones can be a bit TOO thick and make the stickers "chunky" once they're put on water bottles, cell phone cases, etc. If you've ever worked with self-adhesive laminating sheets before, you know how to put them on without them bubbling. For those new to laminating, if you're not doing a full page but want to laminate both sides of an item - cut one piece to roughly 1/2" bigger, on all sides, than what you're laminating. Cut another piece to around 1" larger. Fully tear off the backing from the smaller sheet. Place your item as close as possible to one corner. Slowly push down, diagonally, from one corner to the other. Then, peel the backing away from ONE corner of the slightly larger sheet, smooth on at one corner and, again, work diagonally until the full item is covered. Trim as desired. Admittedly, both packages I have ordered so far have been in flimsy packaging, but none of the pages were never damaged and all 280 (2 packs of 140 sheets) have been crystal clear. I would definitely recommend these over the name brands if you're looking for thinner laminating sheets. A pack of 140 of these is the same price (or cheaper) than what a couple name brands sell their 50 sheet packages for, so it's a great deal, they're easy to use, and my projects have all come out well. All that said, do note: They DO curl if left out of the package with the laminating side face up. If you're taking out a few sheets to use right away, be sure to place them on a flat surface with the backing side face up to prevent that from happening. Otherwise, it's best to just leave them in the zipper bag they come in - on a flat surface - until needed.

Work well, dont use fingers to peel apart, use a piece of tape.
These are pretty good. Its impossible to get the sticky sheet off of the backing with your hands, dont even try. Instead grab a piece of tape and use that to pull it off the backing (on one of the corners), this technique works really well and Ive had no issues with all 60 sheets. Stick the small piece of tape onto the corner of the clear sheet, then pull it to pull it off the backing. To lay them down I found it best to lay whatever you are laminating onto a table, then take the ENTIRE sheet off the backing, and starting at center lay it down outwards. had 100% success with all 60 sheets doing it this way. Also dont squeegie out the micro bubbles until both sides have laminate on them, otherwise you will stretch one side and your laminated work will curl. Once both sides have the laminate then work on the micro bubbles, which really is just distributing the glue. These work great for dry-erase markers. They are clear, however there are tiny micro bubbles and you really have to work it with a squeegee type thing to get them all out. Overall they work really well. My only concern is what these are manufactured off of. Will they react with ink over time? If not then these are pretty good for the price.

Best deal in town
I want start by saying that this product obviously has mixed reviews, so I was skeptical. I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. The two major complaints I saw in reviews was that it was thin, and that it bubbled up easily and was hard to apply. For me personally, I love the fact that it is thin. I make skate board stickers and don’t like thick laminate making my stickers bulky. I’d say this product is roughly twice the thickness of packing tape, which I think is perfect. As far as application, I’ll say there is definitely a right way and a wrong way to apply this. I have experience applying laminate, so I haven’t messed it up once. I suggest taping down whatever you are laminating to a table or counter top. Start with one corner to get your laminate lined up, and slowly peel the backing away while slowly rubbing down the “unbacked” laminate. Go slow and the results are awesome. Go over your project with a micro fiber cloth and firm pressure. I plan on getting a cold roll laminating press to make that process a snap.

Bought to do crafts, had 2 year old waiting all the supplies and the dang contact paper does not peel from the backing!! Beyond frustrating. Tried to cut it... Don't buy I am returning. Cons Super thin Does not separate from backing Super janky Pros Clear and that is it!

not pleased
every single sheet had a crease down the middle causing a bubble gap making a smooth application very difficult. was very disappointed with this product.

I purposely ordered the smallest pack to start as I wanted to see quality prior to investing in a larger amount. I love that they are flat sheets and the laminate is a little thinner than the first stuff I ordered which actually is great because my cricut cuts through easier. I cannot speak to the quality of the product yet as I have not had it long enough but I think it will be good.
