G2 Mini Premium Rolling Ball Gel Pens, Fine Point 0.7mm, Black, Pack of 12

These are my favorite pens to have scattered around the house. They work well, they retract so you don't have to look for the little cap, the ink is really good at sticking to everything but the gel ink does dry slower than your typical BIC pen, so you can smudge it within the first minute. The BEST feature is the size. These pens are slightly stubby. They can fit in your pocket without you looking like you volunteer at the audio visual club in school. They even fit in the pocket of your jeans without stabbing you when you bend over. If you are a large person with very large hands these things will not work for you, but for everyone else, I recommend them.

The G2 mini pilot is my favorite pen. I’ve ordered these several times over the years, as I haven’t seen the “Mini” version of the G-2 in Office Depot in the last 5 years. The size is perfect, because it’s easy to carry. G-2 fine tip writes impeccably and glides across the page. I think all G-2 pens are great, but the compact size of the G-2 mini makes it their best product. Again, you don’t see these in stores. I can’t help but feel like G-2 just doesn’t know how to market this product…which is a shame for consumers, so will continue to be their best kept secret for me…though a little pricier than I’d like. But worth it. For that reason, I’m just extra careful with these pens.

They fit in your pocket without sticking out; otherwise, the long pens always find a way to get out of your pocket. Plus, with a long pen people see them and ask to borrow them. These shorties can't be seen.

I bought a few of these at a POP display at Staples maybe 8 years ago and used them all up, then when I asked I found they don't carry them anymore. I like the short length to put in my pants pocket. It never occured to me till recently to see if I could buy them elsewhere, so I was delighted when I found them here on Amazon.

Cutest little pens. Work great for my micro happy notes.
