Easy and safer to use
Nice handle to hold, also great to have a holder for it to catch when grated

I like the utility but a bit small and light.
Great design, but this is smaller and lighter than I expected so not comfortable to use. But if a bit larger and sturdier would have been grate (excuse the pun).
