Leaking, painful and ineffective.
The pump was terrible - not only was it constantly leaking even though being fully sealed, it didn’t collect a lot of milk despite pumping for 20 mins (only 3oz). When I switched to the Medela pump, I was able to collect 8oz after 8 mins of pumping. Because it was unable to drain me properly I was constantly getting painful blockages. Also it was incredibly painful to use these pumps - my nipples were really sore while using. I was trying to save money by buying these pumps but really regret it - it’s worth investing in pricier pumps.

Good pump but can't find replacement parts
I actually really like this product. I purchased two so could simultaneously express milk from both breast. Comes in handy bag, very comfortable to wear it, does not slip down from position when moving around, and does the job it meant to very well. A BIG MINUS though is that you cannot find replacement parts anywhere online...silicon duckbill valves are recommended to be changed every 2 months, more often the more you use it. 2 of them are included as extra in ghe box. I had the pump for just over a month and 2 of them already ripped, I'm using the spare ones and have no idea where I could get new ones. Emailed the company (contact details for UK representative is on the box) twice now but had no response. Good product but does not last so would not recommend, expecially that the price is higher that well known brands. Please could someone contact me about replacement parts?!UPDATE:Just updating my original review. Rachel from Reebold LTD has been in contact shortly after the review was submitted and I must say she has been absolutely wonderful in sorting all issues out. I wish all companies would have such great customer service. The replacement valves should be available on amazon shortly for future purchases, while I'm being sent replacement directly to me to get my expressing milk journey going. In the meantime one of the pumps motor have stopped performing, the suction was gone and Rachel was able to arrange a replacement pump. What an amazing thing to do for a new mum struggling to getting used to the whole baby idea. While I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive I am most happy with the service received! Thank you Rachel x

Brilliant Pumps When Both Work!!
These pumps are brilliant when they both work! I've had them for around 1 month, and they have been brilliant, great levels of suction and seems to have helped with supply (used these from around week 2 of breastfeeding). The noise level of the machines aren't amazing (I wouldn't feel comfortable pumping out and about) but for the price I wouldn't complain at all. Unfortunately though, one of the containers have started leaking as the seal has gone at bottom - not ideal! And I'm struggling to contact the seller, please can I request some assistance with this please as trying to pump one side at a time with a 6 week old is very difficult! Please can I request support for a replacement container for one of the pumps please? The seal has gone already after only 1 months of use which has caused numerous leaks until I found out what the problem was! Awaiting response and struggling to contact the seller!

Probably better suited to infrequent use
I bought a second set of these pumps after one of the first 2 stopped working. I had used them frequently for two months and was generally happy with the brand (although first time mum so never used any others) so decided to reorder so I could have two new + a spare. The seller was good enough to provide a partial refund for the old ones. The pumps have been updated slightly to make a few improvements:-the little valves now sink and don't float making them much easier to find in the washing bowl. Sounds silly but makes a big difference when you wash them multiple times a day!-4 of these valves are now provided instead of 2. So the manufacturer is clearly responding to feedback in these reviews.-the bits that hold the milk are now easier to empty completely without having the break them open in order to drain the last 10-20ml.Unfortunately the updated pumps aren't as good as the old ones for a few reasons;-the plastic used for the milk collection bits has changed. Multiple small cracks have appeared in them after only a couple of days use (albeit not causing any leaks) but I worry these could get worse. We wash ours in warm water and use a UV steriliser so could be our method that caused this but didn't happen once with the old ones.-they are definitely noisierSadly I had to return the 2nd pair because one of the 2 pumps had a manufacturing fault that meant that the + button kept getting stuck down and turning the suction up without any user input. Quite a painful surprise on occasion... Also one of the two pumps had a dodgy battery. The suction was lower and it just sounded like it was struggling in comparison to the other.A real shame because these are reasonably priced.Perhaps if you are looking to express infrequently and don't want to spend a fortune, these pumps are probably going to be fine. However if, like me, you are exclusively expressing and using/sterilising these ~8 times every day, you probably need something a bit better. That said, the customer service was good when I had a complaint.
