Good at night
Unusually I only use these last thing at night. However they help me relax into a gentle sleep and I recommend them. I have also weaned my husband off prescription sleeping tablets (with the blessing of his GP) onto the same regime of using these tablets last thing at night, and it has worked for him as well. It may be just me, but I haven't found the Night Kalms work as well.
