Ordered for my father to use it instead of putting 2/3 pillows below neck for support while watching tv or using mobile. But he keeps slipping down due to which he needs to slide up after sometime to correct the position to avoid pressure on neck.Fabric will attract dirt easily and quite costly but overall a nice product.

After a long search, I could get such a good and comfortable back support pillow. It's multiple settings get daytime supportive sitting position as well as in the night lying comfortable position so got lower back pain relief. Value for money. Overall GOOD EXPERIENCE TO USE

I suffer from Acid reflux, really comfortable after startung using this. It's stiff to the required level, supports my weight. Doesn't sink in, the attatached pillow is ultimate

I would suggest to have a different packing as the courier cover was torn on sides and edges.. the pillow got saved because of protection cover it had come along. Overall happy and satisfied with the purchase.. suggest a better way of packing such as vacuum packing like wakefit or some other brands do.
