Bloom Honey 100% Pure Honey Raw Unfiltered and Unpasteurized Raw Honey - Orange Blossom 16oz

OK, first off I have to say when I purchased this honey it was $8.99 for a 16 ounce bottle. Three weeks later it's $12.99 which puts it out of my price range. We are talking in the past few weeks and today is 2/19/2024. Sorry, just too expensive now for me.But as to the honey's quality I must admit it is superb! Dark color and very thick. More thick than even Molasses. You will need a spoon to get it out of the container (probably why it has a wide mouth opening). The taste is different by far from golden honey's and in my opinion much better. If you are on the fence about Buckwheat honey I suggest buying a bottle and try it. I have honey from all over the planet and Buckwheat is one of the best tasting honey's to me.The container it comes in is plastic and I'm not sure if it's BPA free. I know many don't like plastic containers for honey including me but if you are buying from Amazon you may want to consider buying products that are now in plastic containers so they are not destroyed in shipping. Look at all the reviews on various products here on Amazon that include photos.All in all I really love this honey. Buckwheat honey seems to be a bit harder to find on store shelves for me so you may want to try the various Buckwheat honey sold on Amazon.

Normal honey crystalizes. Fine. This honey was completely crystallized and would not reconstitute even after heating and stirring. The remaining liquid was very watery, which is not what normal honey does that has crystallized. It also had a funky smell and did not have a flowery aroma that normal orange blossom honey does.I suspect this is a fraudulent product of sugar, water, and coloring.

I am usually not a big fan of honey, but I needed this for a baklava cheesecake. (BTW, it turned out incredibly delicious.)This honey was DELICIOUS! It has a very light taste … NOT a strong acrid honey flavor!Maybe because it’s Orange Blossom honey?Anyway, I really LOVE this honey & ended up using it on more than the original recipe. Really delicious on toast w/ butter!Will definitely buy this again!!!

The wildflower honey is great. Good flavor, I really liked it, so did my wife.My complaint is with Amazon delivery drivers. Amazon should make a "Rate Your Driver" button and a feedback are specifically for that purpose. Most drivers are great, but some of them are lazy! For example, this delivery wasn't left on the table next to my front door that is under the overhang, so in case of rain, deliveries won't get soaked. This driver was too lazy to take an extra 3 steps to the table and left the paper package envelope on my front porch railing. The envelope was so soaked that when I tipped it, seal down, water literally poured out of it. The only good thing was that the contents were in sealed plastic bottles.Come on, Amazon, let us give you feedback on how your drivers, or private contractors, represent your brand.

THE HONEY IS CRYSTALLIZED. IT WAS EITHER STORED IMPROPERLY OR TOO OLD. IT CAN BE MICROWAVED TO MELT THE SUGAR CRYSTALS BUT FLAVOR AND TEXTURE WILL BE OFF, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET PRODUCT OUT OF THE BOTTLE. I BUY THIS PRODUCT OFTEN AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HAVING A PROBLEM WITH IT.

Ordered this orange blossom honey due to good price and availability, regardless of reviews. I received an almost solid bottle. Notice the bottle is upright but the honey is not flowing to the bottom - it's almost solid and you can clearly see the grainy consistency in the open top. I realize that honey crystallizes, so I didn't give one star, but I really don't want to have to "process" the honey when I receive it to return it to liquid form. Just an FYI for those who may buy.
