MISSING PART; Review 1 —11.1.18
Love the chandelier, but missing a part — the bottom finial (11). I cannot find any contact information for the vendor (“EFFORTINC” <?>) — other than an invalid address on the Product User Manual (ironically provided in conjunction with verbiage claiming their commitment to customer service and responsiveness. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL TRIGGER SOMEONE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME SO I CAN REPLACE THIS CRITICAL PART. <[email protected]> I will update this review to reflect my experience with resolving this problem. (Given the excellent quality of the product, smooth/swift resolution would would make them a 5+. 🤞) ...Incidentally, came with 6 lovely, mat-black, gold-lined shades. Classic and tasteful. Shades prevent any bulb exposure, linings cast elegant, warm light downward.)

Looks nice, once it is up and working
Arrives in pieces. Put it together. Maintenance crew had to redo my efforts to put it together. I am no expert at that, but eventually, this was installed correctly and works. When it is up correctly, it looks quite nice as an atmosphere item. When it’s all put together, it is good. I put it together wrong, my maintenance people reworked it, but now i enjoy it. The lampshades make a huge difference. With dim bulbs, the gold light is excellent.

Not worth the wait and hassle of dealing with Amazon's poor level of service.
Looks good however cheaply made. Assembly is rather difficult and directions are not helpful. The lampshades are poor quality and had noticible tears from packaging. If not correctly assembled the chandelier will Not sit level and need many time-consuming adjustments. Not worth the money.
