Great quality, easy installation

Assembly was pretty straight forward. Following the directions was not difficult. We stained and top coated with matte polyacrylic before assembly, per instructions. We did not use the bottom guide that came with it because I did not want to drill through my vinyl tile into my concrete foundation. I got the wall mounted bottom roller suggested by Amazon. Worked great! Issues were few, but significant enough. The rail mounting lag screws were not long enough by at least an inch. The lag anchors that came were also insufficient to the task. I recommend toggle bolt anchors and 4 inch lag bolts, as well as 5 inch lag screws for mounting to the studs. The small screws for the diagonal slats were barely sufficient even when countersunk. Issues aside, the door looks good and slides smooth and quiet.

I have bought 5 barn doors from this company. 4 individual doors and one set of double doors. They are all beautiful! They arrived on time and we're packaged nicely. We had a slight bend in one of the roller sets and thre company shipped out a replacement right away! They are super easy to put together especially since the door parts are all labeled. The only thing that was odd was that some of the handles were different and one set of the decorative X or K designs was slightly wider than the others (it's really no big deal since the doors are not next to each other). Other than that, they are great! They glide smoothly across the top bar and are really quiet. We did have to buy latches for the inside to lock the doors.

Once installed all was great. Arrived with some wood damage. Likely from careless delivery. WOOD corners on several pieces were damaged. Was able to make work, had no option. Easy to build, easy to install. Good weight. I bought a piece suggested to join the bars to accommodate 5.5 but discovered one came with the door.

Love it. Building the actual door took little time. It's all labeled. The longest part was putting the wood header piece (supplied by us, not in the kit) on the wall and finding the studs in our older home. The rest of the barn door kit was easy to figure out as well as the directions are easy to read and comprehend. The door itself is real wood and made of quality material. I love the versatility that you have for the door design. Just need to to decide if we will paint or stain the door. Will definitely be ordering more for our house!
