This is a very good printer from HP. Works exactly as described. Both black and white and Color prints are good. App works well and has all the needed functionality. Both sided print is possible, but paper should be reversed manually. I print occasionally and good experience so far.

Review after 1 year and 2 months of usage - Great quality printing and scanning. Really economical printing. I have upgraded the rating to 4 star as quality of the printing and scanning is great and ink cartridges work really for many prints. I'm still using my first cartridges (Black and Color). My usage is intermittent, never experienced any issue with dried cartridge or anything like that. Still can't give 5 star because of the initial driver set-up and config issues I experienced. The network issues have reduced to a great extent, may be because of driver updates or may be I know how to work with the printer now. Overall I'm happy with the quality and quantity of the printing and scanning. I have intentionally retained my earlier review below. Purchased printer in Dec-2023. Main intention was to print/scan wirelessly and economical cartridges. Setting up printer and scanner was very difficult, especially wireless drivers. I had to take help from HP Helpdesk to install. Support experience was very good. Scanner is a separate application. With this experience I avoided to set-up the printer/scanner on my other machine. Overall print and scan quality is good but connectivity is a major issue (hence the two star). Wireless printing is slow. Many a times print job stuck in the queue, you have to manually resume printing. Sometimes printer gets disconnected and takes some time to connect again to net. I'm not sure if this is an issue with this piece or a product issue. Overall I'm not happy with my all-in-one printer. I'm thinking of replacing this wireless all-in-one printer with a simple wired all-in-one printer.

Good printer for home use.

Old and defective piece was sold by seller. After 2 week it started giving errors when we called the HP customer care they informed us that this piece has been sold in 2023 so it's out of warranty. When we shared the bill and records they took our case. The cartridges (color) are also expired. After long and continuous follow up with HP support today our unit is replaced. But not happy with over all experience and seller.

I have ordered this printer for my office work and I would like to share my delivery and installation & set-up experience with everyone. 1) Delivery was on point and got delivered in 2 days 2) Packing is good, everything was intact and properly taped. 3) Inside the box I got one power cable, one USB connector, Printer, User manual and 4 HP 47 cartage ( 2 Black & White and 2 Tri-Color). 4) Installation was pretty straightforward with the help of the HP smart app. Page alignment and printing settings were set up automatically by the HP smart app and the sample print page was pretty nice and high in quality. I would highly recommend this printer who want to use it for a home or small business. I would update the review with a number of pages printed per cartage later once the cartage is empty.

Ink dries up way too quick if you're not taking frequent prints, and then you have to waste 5-6 sheets of paper to get the ink flowing normally again. Useless printer for infrequent home office printing. Scan quality is good. Easy to get it up and running. I wouldn't recommend this as a printer though.

Very nice printer at this cost, even cost of print per page is very low, that's what matters. Scanning, Photocopying is also God, wifi connectivity is good. Easy to install and operate, nice asthetics also.

Don’t understand why so many negative reviews. You get what you pay for! The print is bit slow but very easy to use. Print quality is also very good.
