Not happy with WCA Performance (seller)
Arrived with a broken part (see images) Contacted seller who had me provide pictures of everything. I was told they would handle ASAP. I stated no need to return the whole thing, just the broken plastic cover. Again, told they would handle that. Then, I was told I need to start this process all over with the manufacturer or I could return the CAI, 'If I had not installed it already'. I glued the two little corners in place, thinking it would be temporary, since WCA said 'they would take care of it'. I've been down the road of working with manufacturers on damaged items they did not ship directly, and I can expect many more hoops and things I have to prove while WCA wipes their hands of this issue and leads me to spend more of my time resolving a problem the seller should own. If I broke it, I could see leaving this to me .. but it arrived broken. In my opinion, I don't deal with sellers who act as middleman
