I am rather disappointed, annoyed even, at the obviously poor Quality AND Condition of this Thornton product. As a regular customer at the Thornton shop in Paisley, Scotland I recalled these items fondly, until now! On opening this package my Wife found some items upside down, thumb/finger damaged, marked and even fusty looking!

Incredibly disappointed…Arrived unfit for gifting.
The product arrived and was not sealed in any way. The box was able to be opened and was tossed in a larger box with other items. The chocolates were all misplaced inside the box and some were broken and smashed. This was intended for a gift. The only place this will go is in the trash.
