"I've been using this product for only 5 days, so I'd like to share my initial experience with it. The standout features of this product include: - Stainless steel water storage and stainless steel hot water storage - Appealing appearance - Satisfactory water testing results - Havells' service in Bangalore City has been commendable so far - I was fortunate to receive an additional ₹2,000 discount from Amazon (much appreciated!) - The installation process went smoothly - In comparison to regular RO systems, it wastes less water (possibly due to its smaller 6.5-liter water storage capacity), which is a positive aspect. Areas for improvement: - The product requires continuous electricity to function; it cannot operate without it. Keep in mind that it consumes 60 watts of electricity each time you fill a water bottle, which could impact your utility bill. - There's a plastic nozzle at the bottom for emptying the container, but frequent use could potentially lead to water leakage. - Both water pressure and flow are slow, even for hot water. It takes longer than expected to fill a 1-liter water bottle. - The entire system relies on touch controls. While the touch mechanism immediately stops water flow upon contact, I feel that the touch sensitivity could be improved. There's a certain aspect missing in the touch response, resembling the fingerprint sensor of a cheap mobile device. - The touch sensor area needs regular cleaning, as it tends to look unsightly if left unattended. - The hot water temperature only reaches 45 degrees Celsius, resulting in lukewarm water. Additionally, it takes around 10-15 seconds to achieve this temperature. On the other hand, the highest temperature setting of 80 degrees is excessively hot, and a 50-degree option would be more useful instead of the 45-degree one. Overall, this Havells water purifier has its strengths, such as its stainless steel storage and water testing performance. However, there are areas that could be improved to enhance user experience." I've been using this product since one week. When i decided to buy a purifier the most important features of a purifier for me are 1. Alkaline Water, 2. Hot water.. features are great and the product delivers healthy water. The delivery was before the time but the installation went totally wrong,.the installation technician came and he did some extension work as part of installation and that totally went wrong, the water pressure is completely reduced and the installation was not even completed as there is no water coming out of the purifier, he has some other work it seems and he left without fixing the problem. It took 5 days for him to come and fix the problem and everyday we used to call and he'll tell I'll come now or evening. And the worse part is he would call us and ask about the complain that we gave to havells for the installation part that went totally wrong, since then his behaviour also changed. So instalaltion was totally the worse. Coming to the product the pros and cons are Pros: 1. Alkaline water (Ph is around 9-9.5 when i tested, you can see the ph of Havells gracia and tank muncipal water) 2. Hot and ambient water 3. TDS of normal water is 100 (Original tds of ground water is 750+) 4. Water wastage is also less compared to other one's. 5. Looks are premium and the quality of materials used too. Cons: 1. Can't be used without electricity as touch panel didn't work 2. Havells should hire technicians who are more skilled at least in rural areas like us.
