These blades are good quality and are very sharp. And be careful they are sharp. Make sure to use the tool that comes with it, so you don't cut your fingers (don't ask me how I know it).

Excellent product, easily replace the heads as needed. Can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It's great. It cost me cheaper on Amazon than buying in Israel. Thank you very much.

Uhhhhm this thing is amazing. Don't let the bad reviews sway you. I have always cut stuff by hand and thought it was unnecessary to have extra gadgets like this one. I WAS WRONG! I was making something that required onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and this reduced my prep time by over half (I used the waffle cutter for all). Not to mention, it's super fun and satisfying to squish stuff in (especially the mushrooms). It is a little bit loud from the plastic smacking together, but even as a person that hates loud noises, totally worth it. Tip: when cutting bell peppers on the waffle, place the piece with the outside part facing UP, because it cuts better that way. For cleaning, you will need one of those little pipe cleaner things used for straws, or some type of tiny brush to get pieces off the sharp blades and out from the top of the waffle shape. I would say the only thing I don't like is that I have to either flip the blade fittings upside down that I'm not using or put them away so that I don't accidentally cut myself. Which is very minor, I just stuck them in the cabinet while using the waffle cutter. It's a cute space saving design so that is nice. The size of the clear catch container is perfect for holding an onion, a pepper, or 8 oz of mushrooms. I cut the onion into 4 which seemed to work best since it was a giant HEB onion (if you don't know HEB please visit one if you are ever in Texas). Yay! Super happy with this and was really surprised at how quick it was and how easy to clean. Joseph Joseph is usually more pricey value wise but I would say that for the usage, if you cook weekly and chop a lot of stuff, it is totally worth it. I also got rid of my giant grater that I use once a year because all I'll ever need is this.

I'm in love with this processor. Its sturdy, compact, everything previous reviewers have said. It made cooking a vegetable meal quick and easy. It's quite simple to use, the finger guard is a gem. Just place with the grid side down which grasps the vegetable and slide. Don't hesitate to buy!

I really like Joseph Joseph, I have been their fans for several years, this one is still amazing

The chopper part does not attach securely to the bin when using so is very unstable. It is hard to clean as it does not come with the “pick” that other brands supply to clean the blade and grate. I expected better quality and ease of use from this brand. I would not buy another product from this label as this one at 40.00 is outmatched by other brands at a lower price and better function. Very disappointing.

This has become a staple in my kitchen! great quality and super sharp. the nature of the shapes and placement of the blades, as well as the sharpness does make them a little difficult to clean and i won’t put them in the dishwasher but that is no fault of the product. just something to keep in mind

Absolutely love this! The blades are very very sharp and makes cooking prep so much easier. A good size, I keep it on my shelf in the kitchen. Putting it in the dishwasher seems to clean it well, I’m guessing by hand could be a little more fiddly. You can tell the plastic and metal blades are sturdy and made to last! 🙂
