I recently purchased the CILI Massage Chair Pad and I must say it is a fine product indeed! The pad itself is very comfortable, can easily be moved, not bulky or difficult to use, and loosens muscles and joints. In addition, the chair pad has a heat function,10 motor functionality with 3 different timers and for different parts of your body, and the material it is made from is very durable. The design also comes with a side pocket to store remote when not in use and comes with an extended warranty. Definitely an A++ product all around! Would highly recommend to others!!

Very comfortable to use. Perfect size for my rocker. The vibrations can be adjusted for the legs and the back and has different rhythms. The heat makes it very warm and relaxing. Great massage pad.

The design is sleek and fits perfectly on my chair without taking up too much space. The massage intensity is strong enough to relieve tension but gentle enough for extended use. The adjustable heat feature is great, especially after long hours of sitting at my desk. Installation was effortless, and the material feels soft, comfortable, and high-quality. After using it for a week, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my lower back comfort and overall posture. It’s quiet, efficient, and truly relaxing.

Assembles easily. Is pleasantly warm without being excessively hot. Soft cover. Nice, steady vibration. I haven't timed the 30/60/90 minute timers against an actual clock, but at least there is more than one choice of timing. Five different settings for vibrational pattern or you can use settings to determine area (back, glutes, legs). Only drawback is there does not seem to be a great deal of difference between power level settings. (-1 star for that, as some might find the default strength on the strong side, but I find it just right.)

If you’re on the fence, which one to buy, I struck gold. I have a bad back and this thing is beyond amazing. I don’t even want to get off of it. It’s soft and functional. It definitely does the job. It loosens my entire back and bottom. The customer service is above and beyond. I sent in for the Warranty that was attached for free on the pad and they even extended it knowing that it wouldn’t be needed. You will not regret this purchase.

The Cili Massage Chair pad met all my expectations! It is easy to connect to an office chair so it does not slip, and easy to control. The vibration modes are adjustable in intensity as well as pattern, and the heat is very quick. It can be adjusted to turn off in 30, 60 or 90 minutes. It does exactly what the description says, and is of good quality

I bought a similar CILI massage pad earlier this year and liked it. So when I decided to buy another office chair massager, I specifically chose this model also from CILI. I spend hours at desk everyday and sometimes have tension in my back and shoulders. I tried this massager and feel it provides fantastic relaxation. I understand that, for long term, I need more exercises to improve my physical conditions. But the massager helps to loosen tensed muscle and improve circulation. It fits on my office chair perfectly, quite flexible. It's compact and light-weight, making it easy to put on or remove from the chair. I just leave it on the chair, I feel comfortable sitting on it, kind of like an extra cushion. I think this is the best part - the massager is conveniently on my chair all the time, a massage is just a click away. The vibration motors are surprisingly strong. I usually only use the medium setting. The heating function is also nice, it gets warm quickly. The remote is easy to use, with everything clearly marked. For the price, the features are outstanding. I've owned other more expensive chair massager in the past, and they were stiffer, had fewer features, and weren't nearly as powerful as this one. I wish it would have a memory function to remember my last setting. Not a big concern, just need to click a few buttons each time to get to my preferred intensity, zone, and heat level. But overall, this massager is excellent for relaxation. I like it and will probably be using it regularly.
