Not comfortable to sit & get up from the chair. I would like to return the product but looks like it has only replacement policyNow I am stuck with this product with no use

Item ok quality ok. Sitting position is not good
The sitting position is very much lower and the slope very High. Need support additional support when sit and I can't stand up immediately. Because the seating arrangement need to change. Quality wise ok
