Skin does seem to be improving, will carry on using it.

I only suffer from mild psoriasis and only been using this product for a few weeks but no discernible change in my condition

It's certainly helping my skin issues for the better !

Didn't exacerbate anything but did it improve anything either, have used the full tube to give it chance, but have gone back to Enstillar foam as prescribed by GP which instantly starts to reduce dryness and redness of psoriasis on my elbows.

Burns a bit does help as long as you use with other products can be expensive .
