The balls are very nice and useful to exercise my hands and keep the pain from arthritis under control. My only comment is that they could be a bit bigger. Other than that, happy with them

Great Therapy and Stress Relief Balls with Multiple Resistances I picked up this Vive set of hand therapy balls mainly for grip strengthening and stress relief, and they’ve been excellent. The set comes with four different resistance levels (from extra soft to firm), which makes it easy to progress or switch depending on what my hands need that day. The color coding is helpful, and they fit comfortably in the hand without being too big or too small. I’ve used them after long stretches at the computer to ease stiffness, and they’ve also been great for quick stress breaks—just squeezing the softer ones for a couple of minutes really helps. The texture is slightly tacky so they don’t slip, but they don’t leave any residue. I also like that they’re latex-free and don’t have any odd smell, which is sometimes a problem with cheaper stress balls. Durability has been solid so far; they bounce back to shape after repeated squeezing, and the material feels like it’ll hold up over time. The included rehab video app is a nice bonus if you want more structured exercises. Bottom line: A versatile, well-made set of squeeze balls that work equally well for therapy, grip strength, or everyday stress relief. A great value for anyone who wants a compact, effective tool for hand health.

These were really helpful. I ordered them after breaking a bone in my hand. Each ball has a different resistance. My sons (they play the guitar) were checking them out and the loved them for strengthening their hand and fingers. It comes with instructions on different exercises for different problems.

Not exactly what I had in mind. Even the softest ball was a little difficult. I guess I was expecting those stress balls that have sand inside.

like the fact there are so many different strengths; working my way back from wrist/hand injury so the first ball is perfect to start. Working towards the stronger balls, but you can feel the difference

Son compactas y aparentas ser resistentes. La resistencia entre la tercera y cuarta pelota no se distingue lo suficiente. Tienen colores lindos y vienen en bolsita de tela.
