The OK TAPE PRO Kinesiology Tape is awesome! I currently use this for an issue I’m having with my right foot. This has certainly done the job and pretty much removes the pain instantly upon application. I noticed that this adhesive is very strong and stays on for days if I allow it. I typically change it every day and do not shower with it, so I cannot speak to how water proof it is, but it seems pretty durable to me. The one knock I’d have on the product is it sometimes leaves a residue which can be a pain to clean off, but it does eventually come off with enough scrubbing. Since I change it daily, the price cannot be beat! The last product I used, lasted about 2 weeks, I’ve been using the same roll of this for a couple of months, for 1/4 the price. I also love that I can select my own length of strip to cut off. All in all, I will be repurchasing when the time comes.

I have tried..more then a few..saved money..here and there..over spent more! Bought a lot as was a deal..wasted money!! Didn't stick,rolled up,didn't even last few minutes when Got on..or hours ,days..And nope to waterproof when Stated it was! This one is real Deal KTape..waterproof,Sticks,holds ON..supports you!! Gives great pain relief for my knee..shoulder,elbow..wrist n hands on any given day( yup as I SD I use a lotta KTape for a reason)tried on hips but NOT easy to do!? Nor BACK..ah well..oh n neck..hair is issues..n reach!! But it's easy to use..cut to length u need..cut rounded edges..don't touch KTape( clean skin n hands!!) n get to it! There's many variations as to HOW to apply the KTape..I suggest Highly go to the box n go on their website..! Great product,people that make it care..soo!Also Don't apply when knee is totally bent or st8..apply at the in-between of bend n str8...tc n good luck

This review comes after multiple purchases. The tape has grid lines on the back of the removable section to make it easy to measure and cut custom sizes. The tape stays put all day on my feet or other areas I need it. The tape is quite effective at reducing joint, tendon, bursa, and muscle pain. I left it on my neck for two days (remaining affixed even after a shower), but it left a sore red mark on one side so I wouldn't recommend leaving it on delicate areas for more than a day. I often rely on this tape when my fingers and hands are stiff and sore, and I do wish the backing was a little bit easier to remove. Otherwise, this tape is excellent and I recommend it.

I use this for mouth tape when I sleep. It's WAY cheaper than the pre-cut mouth tape on the market. I just measure out the length I need. I don't like not having the ability to talk or get a drink when wearing mouth tape. Makes me feel a bit claustrophobic. So I use a rotary cutter for fabric (my mom sews a lot) to cut a small slit in the middle for my mouth. I saw other reviews that said the tape doesn't stick, and I don't agree at all! Of course, if you put any kind of lotion or cream on your face/mouth before you put it on, it's going to affect that. But otherwise, this stuff STICKS!!!! Be careful when removing it. I've found that getting it wet can help if it sticks too much. Also, I'm female, so not sure if this would be comfortable for men with facial hair. I've purchased this several times, and I can get about 70-75 mouth strips from 1 roll. WAY better price point than the pre-cut mouth tape you can buy. Just takes a few minutes to cut the strips to your liking. Highly recommend!

Nice tape and holds up well! This tape does not peel off right away and lasts all day. The tape is nice and stretchy and helps with my round ligament pain due to my large pregnant belly.

Doesn't stay on very well

Really good Kinesiology Tape, strong recommended! I have used different brands of kinesio tapes, previously I always prefer KT TAPE, but now this OK tape gave me a big surprise as it not only showed same quality level as KT (even better pricing! Another bonus) but also some very thoughtful designs to make it easier to use. And I really love it! OK TAPE impressed me firstly with its box. It is designed as a simple dispenser, to protect your hands from friction, and much easier to unwind and put it back, just keep the tape inside the box! This really save me a lot! Since sometimes winding the tape rolls back and put them back into folded boxes really bothers me. I love the printing patterns on the tapes, a cool pattern, but also an indicator guide to tell the stretch ratio according to the backing paper illustrations. I would like to see more video instructions on this even though I know kinesiology tape pretty well and knows the basic taping skills. 3.It indeed relieve me from knee joint fatigue a lot. Got dog-tired after a Half-day shopping. Then Get 2 OK TAPE strips on my knee. Day 2, after a crazy busy working day, I can feel its lifting motivation to my skin. Day 3, right after shower: some fraying are there, but still says in place and dry soon in about 30minutes. Day 5，more fraying caused by the friction with winter clothes, but still can feel its lifting effect to the joints skin. Quite good in adhesiveness. It even can last up to 7 days ( shower each day). I will try it again to see how long OK TAPE can last in the condition of more sports exercise. I hope you will release bulk packing with such a dispenser design box as well ? Since I am a frequent user and I hope to get more in one time.

Holds up very well, and has a strong supportive feeling. I use this for mouth taping as well as shoulder and neck support and it works perfectly for both!

Ho provato diversi nastri kinesiologici nel tempo, e questo OK TAPE PRO si è rivelato uno dei migliori che ho utilizzato finora. Aderenza e comfort: Si applica facilmente, aderisce bene alla pelle anche durante l’attività fisica e resiste al sudore senza staccarsi. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che non irrita la pelle, anche dopo diverse ore di utilizzo, e non lascia residui fastidiosi una volta rimosso. Elasticità e supporto: L’elasticità è ottima: segue i movimenti in modo naturale e offre un buon supporto muscolare senza limitare troppo la mobilità. L’ho utilizzato per un fastidio al polpaccio e ne ho tratto beneficio già dai primi giorni. Tenuta nel tempo: Anche dopo la doccia o un allenamento intenso, il nastro regge bene per 2-3 giorni, come promesso. Ovviamente, come per tutti i tape di questo tipo, l’efficacia dipende anche dalla corretta applicazione. Conclusioni: Un prodotto valido, ben confezionato e confortevole, adatto sia per uso sportivo che per chi cerca un supporto durante la giornata. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente.

Eine super Qualität !!! Hält wirklich lange auf der Haut, selbst wenn man schwitzt. Ist sehr gut anzubringen und sieht dabei noch toll aus. Ich habe eine sehr empfindliche Haut und reagiere schnell auf Pflaster, aber auf diese Tabe habe ich selbst nach 3 Tagen nicht ein bisschen reagiert. Mein neues Lieblingstape.
