These ropes are great. The handles are comfortable and the rope is solid. It makes skipping easier, compared to the fabric rope I was using. Its lightweight and a great length. Im 5'3 and I'd say its a good length - not so long that its getting caught but long enough that it would be ideal for a taller person using it. Amazing value for the price and an easy way to get exercise in!

Good durable and long skipping rope. I love the padding on the handles, can grip it really nicely despite my hands filled with sweat. You can unscrew the bottom for some reason. I thought i could fill it with water to make it heavier but I tried that and it leaked out so I’m not sure about that. It’s best you skip on a mat or smooth surface as the rope can be scratched, I’ve used it on hard surfaces and I’ve seen some scratches but no major damage.

I’m actually going to try and do the 100 day skipping challenge. So bought this rope as it was recommended. So far so good. It’s lightweight. But has good whip on the rotation making it easier to skip…apparently!! Good value for money….watch this space *yikes*

I purchased this skipping rope as part of a noble health kick, thinking I’d bounce into shape like Rocky with a podcast. What I didn’t realise was that I’d basically bought a plastic dominatrix with handles. Let’s be clear — this isn’t a “rope”. This is a licorice whip from a budget BDSM set. One jump wrong and it punishes your calves like they’ve been sending naughty texts to your ex. And yet… I keep coming back for more. Adjusting it is an experience. You unscrew the handle, stuff the rope inside like you’re hiding evidence, then screw it back in while whispering, “That’ll do, probably.” Once set, it spins fast. Like, too fast. I blinked and it lapped me twice. You don't skip with it so much as enter a consenting relationship with pain. It’s light, savage, and unapologetic — the cardio equivalent of being slapped and called “worthless” in a gym mirror. Every session ends with sweat, regret, and the kind of post-workout limp usually reserved for walk-of-shame veterans. The rope stores easily, travels well, and costs less than a bad sandwich. It’s also the only object in my house that’s both improved my cardio and threatened my masculinity in one go. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just know this: you’re not buying exercise equipment. You’re buying character development via controlled violence. Five stars. Still flinching when I hear the word “jump.”
