Bought this as a present for a loved one that has a thing for vacum cleaners!. This is great. Keeping it in the kitchen for those quick clean up jobs. Works well in the car as well. Went back and bought another one to keep in the camper to make life easier. Seems to hold a charge a long time (6 months) with the way we used it

When I received the order, everything was fine, but an extra HEPA filter plus a storage bag were missing from the box. It is disappointing, as the seller has advertised otherwise, and I believe I have already paid for such items.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend this handheld vacuum to anyone who seeks a powerful, lightweight, and handy vacuum cleaner.
