I am having issues with the planter tipping over. What can I do to avoid this?

I bought a 40lb bag of expanded clay pellets(leca) and divided it up among the containers to increase drainage and help stabilize the unit. Then I would mix potting soil and coarse sand together for the rest of the fill for the pots. I believe your issue came from using just potting soil. By using lava rocks or expanded clay pellets in the bottom you will improve drainage, stabilize the whole structure and help your plants survive the hottest part of the summer. I hope this helps.

Anyone concerned about growing edibles in plastic?

what is the center of this tower like? Is it all connected? Can I add worms like that other tower?

The center will connect but you can take it apart piece by piece. As for the worms I don’t see why you can’t put them in here. They might stay in one section of the Greenstalk though so I would just add Worms to each section.
