This insole is how you fix that. These are great, at a fraction of the cost of a lot of orthotics. I took those sneakers out of the Goodwill bag and put these in them and now they feel just right. They support the metatarsal area and heel very well. I will be getting more of these! After a few weeks use: They do NOT disintegrate. I replaced all my insolels with these and am walking comfortably in every pair now. I'm still getting more before the price soars once the word is out on how good of a support they provide. 5, 6 stars! Big thumbs up.

These are wonderful. I wear a women's size 9 medium and these fit my running/walking shoes perfectly...no adjustments needed. They helped a lot with arch support as I have a high arch. Good cushioning and comfortable. I will be buying more for my other shoes.
