Really Good for Value
EXTREMELY good value considering how much miso can go for in my local shop. My only real gripe is that I find plastic containers easier but with how much better this is value wise it shouldn't stop anyone from buying this at all.

Great flavour
This arrived quickly , thank you. This miso paste comes in a vac pac, so I decanted it into a lidded jar to fit in the fridge. It is a really nice umami flavoured addition to the cooking. It’s great for adding to soups, I put it into stir fry’s to enhance the flavours. I have just made some sauerkraut and have put some miso paste into it, to hopefully enhance the flavour ( the Koreans do Kimchi with a type of miso ) I will update when the Sauerkraut is matured and ready to eat.

Quite vinegary tasting but works for non dairy cheese recipes
I got this for non dairy cheese making. It supposedly adds a sharpness to the cheese flavour. It does but its also a bit vinegary. Looking at my recipe book after the miso arrived, I see it should have been the sweet white. However this does still work and my mock cheese is still tasty. Next time I will try the white version.
