Do not buy this item as renewed or refurbished despite the description saying that its 'like new'. I received the bar without the remote, while it functioned as a 'dumb' soundbar I could not access it via the app or wifi. It had a old configuration on it and it can only be factory reset via the original remote. Something I discovered after purchasing a replacement 3rd party. Bose support is hopeless, and couldnt even get me a price on a replacement original remote. Very disappointed by Amazon for selling it without the remote and not stating this and not factory resetting it before sending it. Also with Bose for 1) making it only factory reset capable via original remote and 2) having such horrible support

From headphones to Bluetooth speakers and now soundbar. Bose never fails to amaze me, their sound tech exceeds any competition. The clarity is what makes the difference, don't even get me started on thr surround and the sound quality. Just this one soundbar is enough for most of the houses, can't imagine how it would be with the satellite speakers and subs. Only downside is that after listening on bose I can't listen to any other speaker, the sound always seems incomplete on others.

The Samsung Q990B 11.1.4 soundbar I had was great, but Bose was always on my list, so I just bought the Bose soundbar smart ultra and subwoofer 700 and I'm mind blown with the sound quality. The difference between Samsung and Bose is huge, and when I checked Dolby Atmos, Bose is an obvious winner... I don't regret buying Bose. There's nothing like Bose.

I am using this soundbar standalone and have found it to deliver exceptional audio by creating an encapsulating experience; thanks to its 9 drivers. AI Dialogue mode contributes favorably to improving clarity. I would recommend it!

Sound is decent and does the job as expected for the price. The reason we chose this over other products is because of the built-in Alexa feature. Only to discover after a lot of troubleshooting that Bose does not support Alexa in Singapore and many other countries. Google Assistant is available here. It varies by country and nowhere is it stated that this is the case. Disappointing to be promised a feature that in reality doesn’t exist. Purchased from Amazon Singapore.

Replaced a bose smart soundbar 300 with this smart ultra. The sound out the 300 was great, especially when paired with bose bass module 500 so was sceptical on how it could be better. Been looking at up grading for a while now so when price dropped below £600 and a monthly payment plan i took the plunge and didnt regret it. The set up is simple( even for a techno phobe like me) and app is straight forward. Now for the important bit. The sound. All i can say is WOW! It imurses you in it, feels like sound coming from all around. Its crystal clear with a bone shacking bass, a sound you can feel not just hear. The 2 small up facing speakers make a hugh differance as sound seems to come from above. There is no distortion, even when volume is crancked right up. Even my wife who thinks im bonkers with no aprecation for quality audio said how amazing it is. The design is sleek and stylish, especally the glass top, alot wider than previouse 300 soundbar but fits perfect under my 55" oled tv. So anybody out there unsure weather to upgrade to this unit just do it. I promise you wont be dissapointed. Hoping santa is going to bring me the Bose rear surround speakers to finish this outstanding set up off. The set up is top end so not cheap but having done hi fi set ups back in the day not much difference and worth every penny.

I updated to the Bose Soundbar 900 from A Bose Sound touch 300 being my new TV had Atoms. The Bose Soundbar 900 is easy to set up with the APP but you need to wait for a good 15 minutes until it finishes updating, the Bose Soundbar 900 found my existing Bose 300 Sub and the Bose 300 surround speakers but they got rename them as Bose 700 sub and left and right surround speaker. The Bose 900 sound good even when you put it up loud, In the App you can just center channel, height channel, bass, treble, also my old 300 sub and the surround speakers The only negative thing is the remote not a lot to it you need to keep going into the App if you need to change the speaker levels apart from volume, also no manual in the box only telling you to get the App, but you can download the manual which give you more information on thing like what the light means

Why alxa not working in Saudi Arabia, I order soundbar 900 but alexa is not working in Jeddah Saudi Arabia 🤔.
