Zojirushi Cool Bottle Stainless Steel Mug, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Gradation Blue

I owned few Zojirushi vacuum mugs and I love all of it. So far it never let me down. I want a bigger bottle that I can bring in to work, so I got this 32 oz size. Been using this for over one month, I mainly use it to keep my water warm., and I am surprised that it did it job very well. I always fill my water about 80% warm in the night before, and it still can maintain it about 25% warm till the next day evening. The only thing I don't like is the latch stick up where you can see the picture I attached. For some people it can hit your chin when you try to drink. So, you might need to adjust the way you drink. The diameter is about 10 3/8 inch, and the height is about slightly over 11 inch. Make sure you clean it thoroughly before you use it. Otherwise, you can smell the plastic. The SD-ES08/10 Cool Bottle is an Amazon exclusive Zojirushi America product. It is designed to hold cold beverage only, due to the enlarged drinking spout. The SD-ES Cool Bottle features an easy-to-clean double nonstick interior and plastic rim on the body. The nonstick coating is made of PTFE. Vacuum insulate mugs and bottles with the non-stick coating can store both hot and cold beverages. It is a fluoropolymer, a material commonly used for nonstick coating in cookware for conventional kitchen use. PTFE, a fluoropolymer, has been the subject of extensive laboratory testing to examine its safety and durability. The results of this testing has been reviewed by such regulatory agencies as the FDA which has concluded that fluoropolymer non-stick coatings for cookware are safe for conventional kitchen use. Even in the unlikely event that a person accidentally ingested a flake of non-stick coating, the coating is non-toxic and would pass through the body without being absorbed. Due to the inert characteristics of the coating, studies indicate that there would be no health effects from the incidental ingestion of flakes of non-stick coating. Such a pleasure and relief to grab this and have cool, refreshing beverages when I’m traveling, working out, any time, anywhere... all day! I’ve tried many styles, this is the best design and function for me. No more need to just deal with lukewarm beverages, especially when I need to quench that thirst the most. The multi-use cap, lock and snap open design is outstanding! So easy to fill, pour, drink and clean, and is the perfect capacity size for easy traveling; also very durable, very good quality (others break somewhere)... And no straw to deal with!! Would love to order a second one in a different color. Tip: I also ordered and very quickly attached a very inexpensive matching handle (has velcro attachment strips) - now I can easily just grab and go anywhere with my small hands! Have been using this for about two months - it will probably last me forever, with active, daily use and travel.

This is a great bottle. I can't compare it to others because this is the first one I ever owned, but the thermal insulation here is superb. I live in Southern California, and even when the car is super hot, the liquid inside is cool for hours. The spring loaded lid can sometimes hit your index finger, depending on how you hold the bottle, but it doesn't hurt. This is a large bottle, so to hold it with one hand while clicking the lid release may prove difficult for people with small hands. Remember that THIS BOTTLE IS FOR COLD LIQUIDS ONLY. The makers themselves say as much on the bottle, though unfortunately not in the item description on Amazon. The reason is not the bottle construction, that is the same as any other vacuum insulated bottle. The difference is in the beak. Beaks for hot beverages are constructed in such a way as to prevent gulping or chugging thus avoiding burns, while this bottle is made to FAVOR GULPING or CHUGGING, since most people enjoy the sensation of a wave of cold liquid in the mouth. My high school aged boy bought a smaller size navy one in Japan a couple of years ago. He found this bigger size and decided to get one here. The quality is amazing! It’s easy to clean and never spills. The longer it stays clean the better for the environment! He almost got the popular sturdy kinds other kids use but didn’t want the same one to be picked up by mistake during sports. It’s much lighter than other bottles of similar sizes. The black and silver gradation really impressed my teenager. My daughter uses another zojirushi and I always carry one which keeps me hydrated. Ice cold all day!

Cancer and Reproductive harm??? This product is great. It keeps the warmth until next day. I tried other brands, but neither of them keep warmth like this one. However, I am not sure about this product because of the warnings on the box -WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm.

I have owned an insane amount of water bottles. Most leak when turned over, a lot of them love to tip over, (especially the insulated ones) and too many require a lot of force to open / unscrew to refill and or drink out of. Zojirushi has found a way to make a water bottle with NONE of these issues. The seal they use for the top and spout are not only easy to open, it doesn't leak when closed and tipped upside down. I even shook the bottle vigorously, not a drop of water came out. They also found a way to make this water bottle nearly impossible to tip over. I can't tell you how many times I've knocked water bottles off of my night stand / desk due to being too top heavy or having a curved bottom. This bottle has a flat bottom and I the insulation layer(s) are designed to be less top heavy. The top is one of the better designed tops I've see on a water bottle. It has a well designed spout that wont restrict the flow of water while drinking, it is easy to clean and it is easy to open with one hand when you want to drink. This bottle top is also the easiest to screw off the bottle when you need to refill. Also the spout lock is designed so it wont open unless if you release a latch surrounding the opening button. I could throw this bottle into my laptop bag without issue. The insulation on this bottle is top notch. I only need to the bottle with Ice every 3 times I fill it up with water. I love the fact that I don't have to refill it up as often as a 20oz bottle. The only downside is it's thickness? This water bottle will not fit most cup holders. I have only been able to fit it in the Door cup holder of my 14 Toyota corolla (still a tight fit) and the treadmill cup holder at my gym (TRUE brand treadmill)

It's rare to find a product with both beauty & function. This bottle is a gorgeous deep navy that quickly fades into electric cobalt and then dusty silver blue. The cap is matte navy and the body sparkles like new multidimensional car paint. Love Zojirushi water bottles because I do not have a problem with leaking and they're constructed in Thailand (as indicated on the bottle and packaging). The top has a safety latch. Simply open it, click the button (for your second measure of leakage protection) and the cap pops open for you to drink. Inside the cap (the non-drinking end) there's a silicone stopper so that you have a 3rd measure of protection from leakage. Water doesn't come through when it's latched. The drinking mouth is angled and measures just over 3/4". If you unscrew the cap there is another silicone gasket you can clean with a bottle brush to ensure there is no buildup. I removed this before dishwashing the top and when I went to re-attach, it slipped to a portion of the lid that I thought was only accessible via tweezer. I quickly realized this was not a design flaw because you can also pull that section of the lid off to clean. (Wishing now that I kept the instruction manual to show me the correct positioning of the silicone!) All in all such a clean design and so functional. This is our second...because after seeing and using the spouse's every day for 2 months last year I needed my own. I had the smaller size bottle from Zojirushi - but it just barely kept one bottle of water cold almost all day - in fact it did an amazing job - but I found that this bottle allows two full bottled waters during the day - and it does keep it exceptionally cold. I did keep refrigerated water in it during the evening and the next day it was still cold- so I am well pleased with this. It is a little expensive, but I think it pays off knowing that you can get 2-4 bottles of water during the day no problem. The smaller bottles makes it feel empty after a few sips, but this gem keeps flowing. Good deal, and keeps it cold. I would buy again if the situation ended that way - thanks
