Great set to get started with and full of practical Eldar units for a great price. Just need to already have or get some grunt units to go with it and you have a great starting point for your army

With zero troop choices and only two heavy supports, you'll need to buy at least one other unit to make a detachment. For new players, this means you're severely handicapped if you take only the items in this box to a table. The models are fairly powerful units in 8th edition though, so it's still a pretty good starting place if you accept you'll need some more stuff to fill out your army.
