I purchased this monitor to track temperature and humidity in a greenhouse being installed so that I can ensure an eventual external heater is running and effectively heating. The setup was easy and monitoring functions well. The app provides historical data for both temp and humidity readings. The unit itself is well constructed with charging ports plugged to prevent moisture from infiltrating. The display is pleasing for viewing and is both easy to read and easy on the eyes. In terms of accuracy, it reads with +|- .5 degrees of Acurite thermometer and and Ecobee sensor. Highlights of what I like: 1) Easy setup 2) Historical reading for trending 3) Portable for easy placement 4) easy to read and easy on the eyes Highlights of what I don’t like 1) requires location data to setup app 2) does not have separate/external temp probe Overall, I like this thermometer. I do wish I could keep this unit indoor for viewing while connecting an external sensor which feeds data to the display. I’m currently using an Acurite thermometer for this however it’s not WiFi connected nor does it provide remote viewing or historical data.
