Very good I find these really good I take twice a day and I'm beaming with energy and yes I'm losing weight on them because I feel more active, so good diet and 30 mins treadmill after taking them prior these are working for me, I find if your body gets use to them, have a day or a weekend off them and retry and they kick back in

Didn't work for me but your experience may vary.
Seemed to work for a week for me, but then absolutely nothing afterwards even when I stopped for a day. If you buy, please be aware that it may or may not work for you.Bought these with the same company's cleanse and detox tablets and the raspberry ketones tablets - same result I'm afraid to say so I can't recommend these.

This will probably work as they act like a laxative and you spend all your time in the bathroom threw them away made me too ill
