Q: Will this fit with a Warm Tiles 120V system?

Hello, the LuxHeat floor sensor is a standard North American NTC floor sensor, rated at 10 k ohm @ 77degF. At 68degF - 86degF the floor sensor measures between 8 and 12 k ohm. This is the same floor sensor readings as per the Warm Tiles Thermostat, as well as the Ditra, Honeywell, Sunstat, SunTouch, OJ Microline, NuHeat, and more. As long as the thermostat uses a NTC sensor rated at 10 k ohm.

Q: Is this sensor suitable for a pex based radiant system? If so, what are best practices for an above floor system using 1/2 pex and 3/4" oak?

I used it under a cork floating floor. All is fine. Can’t answer your specific question.
