This is a 'Must Have' item for anyone who cares for an elderly or disabled person. By having both the watch and the pendant, it is extremely easy for them to have an appropriate signaling device acceptable if they need to call for help. When they push the SOS button on either the 'watch' or the pendant, a siren is sounded, and it also can be programmed to send a message to my cell phone, which is how I use it with my mom. It gives me peace of mind to know that the base station works with electricity AND it has rechargeable battery back up in case the power goes out, the unit still functions. It took my husband and me a while to program it, because there are many options, but it was worth the time and effort. I highly recommend this for anyone for anyone who needs this type of device.

Works very dependently and keeps my wife safe. We have used it in dangerous situations and kept my wife from becoming in a bad situation at least three times so far.

Wrist band broke easily.

Seller sent me an opened box item or renewed item. The product is defective. The alarm constantly going off every 2-3 minutes even though I did not press the SOS button on the wrist band. Once the alarm goes off, there is no way to make it silent. The only way was to remove the power from the base unit. I returned it the next same day.

I'm not techno savvy but I got it up and running. App works great too. Called mom on my lunch break to have her test push the button. It's loud and will definitely get my attention. Paired with blink cameras around the house, I no longer have to worry. Just what we needed 😌

This items includes: SOS Base, 2 Door Sensors, AC adapter, and USB cable. I own a similar security system and needed to add 2 door sensors for the garage entrance and laundry room door. I priced individual door sensors and found this a better value. In addition, I have a backup SOS Base. The pairing process to the SMART LIFE app was straightforward. I understand this product can use either the SMART LIFE or TUYA SMART apps. I chose to utilized the SMART LIFE, because I had better success in the pairing and setup process. The sensor function like my existing sensors; however, there are two differences. These sensors have ON/OFF switch which isn't necessary because the sensors can be disabled on the app. Also, each sensor require a 23A 12V battery (included) while my existing sensors use 2 AAA batteries. Note: 23A 12V batteries cost $3.50 each. Overall I'm pleased with the performance of these sensors; however, I prefer my old sensors that use AAA batteries that I have readily available.

Worked great. PUSH SERVICE WAS FREE BUT I paid the 15 bucks MORE for a 200 calls to.my phone and 200 message also to my phone if button got pressed 200 times. No monthly fee. Then I just reload whenever I used my 200 emergency calls. I ordered another one for my grandma too. Peace of mind.
