These pizza peels seem to be made very well. I haven't used one yet, but I see no reason why they wouldn't work alright. Since there are two per pack, I gave one to my friend.

Review updated. The seller offered a refund based on the review below. Not sure why since the intent of the review below was to say these are good, but you need to use your head and do a little sanding so they don't chip on the edges. So we upped the rating to 4 stars and bought 2 more with the refund. You still need to use a little brainpower and realize these will chip if you don't do a little sanding. Oh and seller.... if you want to refund this second purchase, we'll buy another set and up the rating to 5 stars. But we still have to say they need 2 minutes of sanding! Grin! Yes, these are simply cut out of good 5 ply plywood. All edges including the front edge are sharp and unsanded. Use your head and think what can go wrong. Take a little time to sand the edges and front nose so it doesn't chip out on the front, add some mineral oil to keep the grain from raising when you wipe it off and they are very serviceable.

Thin but stable

They are good value and I probably won't run them through the dishwasher, but they function exactly as a pizza peel should. They seem to be just a touch smaller than a standard pizza peel or what I'm used to, but perfectly fine for pizzas on the grill that I like to make. I'm satisfied.

Worked really well until I noticed little pieces of wood were breaking off at the edges.

Very nice set of beginner pizza peals. I was surprised how helpful it was to have 2 and I also bought a metal peal to help slide the pizza off into the oven.

Marinara sauce permanently stains these cutting boards. They are just cnc-milled ply wood, very cheaply made.
