While the product is immensely useful , helped chop a handful of veggies in a few seconds, the lifespan of it is terrible. I bought it in july, its now november and the motor of the chopper stopped working even after charging it. I kept it in proper condition also but still it gave out. Now sure how to fix it but really expensive for a short lifespan. Get an extended warranty while youre at it!

I purchased this product in November 2025. Unfortunately, it has stopped working today. The metal wheel located in the center on the top side of the chopper appears to be internally damaged and is producing an unusual noise. This happened while I was chopping only a single small carrot for breakfast. I already dropped an email and raised the concern because the product is under warranty. Today I got my product post replacement from the company and took 10-12 days
