Great product and value
It looks great and it's possible to do it yourself. I am not a typical DIY person, but I followed the instructions and watched couple of videos online. Airbag was easy to dismount using tools provided. The toughest was loosening steering wheel bolt. It took a lot of effort. I ended up turning wheel completely to the left and then wiggling the bolt. Replacing module was easy although I managed to install it upside down first lol I really like that all tools where included. I considered a hardware store run for a power wrench but luckily, I didn't need to. Steering wheel looks nice and feels solid. It is well made using quality materials and looks and feels amazing.

Don't use Yoke, use this round style for Model 3/Y if need
I’ve seen many reviews praising the Yoke-style steering wheel for the Model 3 or Model Y. After researching, I still recommend either keeping the stock wheel or switching to a round-style replacement like this one. Here’s why: 1. Safety first. The Yoke style mainly changes the look but doesn’t bring the key software or hardware features of the Model X/S Yoke. The X/S Yoke uses “steer-by-wire” with speed-sensitive angle response—a feature not supported on Model 3/Y. Yokes work well for racing, where minimal reversing or tight turns are needed, but for daily city or highway driving, we constantly reverse, park, and make 90-degree turns. Without steer-by-wire support, Yokes can make these maneuvers harder. A round wheel keeps full functionality and safety intact. 2. Better build quality. Tesla’s stock wheel has low-quality faux leather and weak adhesive, which can bubble over time. This aftermarket round-style replacement claims to use Nappa leather, a clear upgrade. Early impressions are positive, though long-term durability will be the true test. 3. Easy installation and 1:1 fit. Replacing the wheel involves popping the airbag, disconnecting two connectors, loosening the central bolt, and reversing the steps. This round-style wheel is most likely a 1:1 match with the stock one. The hub feels identical in quality, and it’s likely sourced from the same factory—probably excess inventory repurposed for aftermarket sales rather than a brand-new mold.

Makes the driving more fun and it looks OEM.
Just installed this myself a few days ago and I love it. Surprisingly, getting use to the yoke wasn't a huge learning curve. I have a 2022 M3 performance. I've been wanting to do this mod years ago. It's a little easier now bc you don't have to unhook the battery and the price has gone down a lot. If I were to do the install again, it would probably take 30 min but realistically as a first timer it will take more like 2 hours. It took me this long bc of 2 things, breaking the bolt loose and having to assemble a re-assemble a few times (explain later). My wheel came with tools and the internal wiring harness (wires and harness with the 3 plastic rings). The tools are great but the key they give you to pop the air bag off is too big for the hole. You'll need to have a small (tiny) flat head screw driver to fit threw the hole. The instruction manual they provide is useless. Not detailed and doesn't show you all the steps. I suggest you watch a few youtube videos as you will pick up different tips in each video. TIPS: You first should power off the car (safety, scroll to bottom, power off). Then pop air bag loose on both sides. Use pliers to help you release the wire from socket. Use pliers to pull down on both tabs at same time (top & bottom) but don't use it to pull it out (use your other hand). It will come out easily once the tabs are down. First hard part is breaking the bolt loose. It comes factory super tight with loctite on it. The tool they give you is good but I needed more leverage to break it loose. You need one hand to hold the steering wheel and pulling in the opposite direction as your pulling in the other direction with the wrench to screw off the bolt. I used a metal pipe to add more leverage to the end of the wrench to finally break it loose. Once you take the wheel off, you have to pop off the 3 plastic circles, unscrew 4 bolts, and then unhook the heater connection at the bottom of wheel. This will release the middle console with all the internal wires connected to it. Most of the youtube videos will tell you to put all this into the yoke wheel (which I did too). I did this but realized once I assemble it all that the OEM plastic circles wouldn't click into the circles in the yoke wheel. So you have to use the internal harness that it comes with. You have to switch out the OEM wires and connect it to the middle console. You have to disconnect a few things and reconnect it with theirs. But its easy and pretty straight forward as the wiring harnesses are identical. Taking apart the connection for the heater is at the bottom of the console. You have to unscrew 4 little T10 screws (tool not provided) to access them. Once you connect all the wires, just follow all the steps backwards and you're good to go. It's honestly not that hard. I didn't find a video that shows all these steps together but you'll be able to find them in piecemeal.

Easy installation
This product has been updated. The retainer clip and all wiring connections are now included on the yoke. It’s fully wired and ready to go. And the included tools are enough. You might add needle nose pliers and an Allen wrench set. The included hex tool for the steering wheel nut allowed enough leverage for easy removal and tightening. *You don’t have to remove the airbag retainer clip from the original casting and place it in your new yoke assembly. Removing the airbag module with the provided tool was super easy; practice on the new yoke and you’ll be finished in seconds. Since everything is exposed on the new yoke, you can see exactly the angle and pressure points to apply when removing the original airbag retainer clip. The heating pack has four additional screws dedicated to holding it in place. All connections are very simple plug and play. There’s also an alignment arrow printed on the Tesla’s steeling column assembly so it’s easy to center the new yoke properly. Watch a video or two. I was done in 45 minutes. Heating element works great, looks good, very satisfied. ~~and not having to take off then reseat the airbag retaining clip was a huge bonus.

Fantastic fit and finish! Came with the airbag springs and wiring harness pre installed! The provided tools worked great surprisingly, and I had the whole thing installed in under an hour with nothing but a YouTube video that I watched the day before to guide me. Really simple, great quality, great feel!! Worth the price if you want that unique look and futuristic style.

It looks like it would have been great but my box clearly came pre-opened and stuff was missing. The top layer of black foam was not there at all. It only came with 2 tools. The ziploc bag was empty. The instructions were ripped and crumpled. The two tools were just loosely sitting in the box. And from what I can tell, there should have been a cloth included.
