Great device and makes delicious coffee variations

Don't buy this model, you'll waste your money.

This coffee machine is perfect. the auto milk is just a game changer. only issue is the milk doesn't last long in the container, so if you don't use it often then you waste milk. the cleaning process (descale) is when using the descale provided. the buffer cloth provide also helps keep the chrome clean. there is also plenty of videos explaining everything on the company's website.

At the moment everything is fine except like all the machines I've had in the past they seem to need descaling often I have had to do it every 11 to14 days which seems to much considering I live alone making at most 3 to 4 cups aday.

Great coffee machine for many types of coffee. Feels like you are your own barista. Recommended 5* we love it! Expensive yes but sometimes you do get what you pay for.
